Your webmail

To access your webmail use the format: mail.YourHostedDomainName.com

To log into webmail, use your entire email address, like: username@YourHostedDomainName.com

DiscountASP.NET DNS

If your domain name was registered elsewhere, update the name servers to:
ns1.discountasp.net
ns2.discountasp.net
ns3.discountasp.net

DiscountASP.NET Support Portal

You can contact both our Technical Support and Billing departments through our Support Portal. Please remember to provide as much detail as possible. Information like which software versions you're using, error messages you're seeing, and urls are helpful in replicating the problem. We will answer all technical support inquiries within 24 hours.
