 DiscountASP.NET takes advantage of new features in Windows 2003 and IIS 6.0 and configures our server platform for
increased security and reliability. We host each web hosting account in its own isolated application pool allowing us to support Full Trust Mode.
What that means is that if a customer uploads a bad script, it will only crash their one site instead of all the sites in the
same application pool.

Allows customers to shut down the process hosting their web application on demand and spawn a new process.
This tool is extremely useful to recycle a hung application, release locked files or databases, or to

Web Site Stop/Start Tool
